Groceteria Revamp

Post by Groceteria »

Even though I'm not 100% done with it, I finally unveiled the new site revamp over the holiday weekend: http://www.groceteria.com/

Nifty new features include:
  • --An actual "blog" which allows you to comment on posts and to subscribe via Google Reader or the feed aggregator of your choice.
-- Photo galleries will be flickr-generated, allowing me to add new photos more easily and quickly.
-- Ability to add feeds from other sites.
-- The potential for adding "guest hosts".
-- Many fewer headaches for me.
Check it out if you get a chance. Hopefully, now that I have the structure down, I can start giving much more time to the content. I know it's been a long dry spell, and I apologize for that.

I've also added my exciting new Raleigh section to the site: http://www.groceteria.com/place/southeast/raleigh/

BTW, here's the feed address if you want to subscribe: http://www.groceteria.com/feed/rss/

I'm liking the new setup but the new layout will take some time to getting used to. The flickr account is a great choice for posting your photos!

Keep Up The Good Work!

Thanks. I still have some issues with the flickr plug-in I'm using, but it's the best one I've found so far. I've only migrated Alpha Beta and Mayfair so far, plus the new Raleigh section.
