I'm betting on SouthCentre Safeway (11011 Bonaventure Drive SE) in Calgary.

There's some mall shots in the same photoset. A check of said shops prove the mall in question is Southcentre Mall in Calgary. This Safeway is an outlot tenant. The little kid's coat is also in the mall shots.

And no...I've never seen that interior either.

(And now with my investigation of the day done, I'm off to find some tacos...)
