Beautiful night photo, I don't think I've seen this one before. Looks to have been remodeled post-1998 (when Safeway generally stopped putting up false fronts on existing marinas). Seems to have a pre-lifestyle interior, due to the traditional row lighting (the lifestyle marinas I have visited generally have drop lighting).

The Canadian one (the Flickr collection this came from also features a few photos of some beaches in that area). I'd probably specify the state/province only if it was the Washington suburb of Portland...
