A&P in Huntsville, AL

Do you remember if there was an A&P at the corner of Byrd Springs and South Memorial Parkway in Huntsville, Alabama? My grandmother was telling me that there used to be one in that area. She even has a meat cutter's white smock with the A&P logo. I think my uncle may have used to cut meat for them.

Yes, there were 3 in that style, the style with the cupola on the top. One was at North Memorial Parkway just north of Oakwood Avenue, and the other was on Bob Wallace and Patton at 2701 Patton Rd SW # A Huntsville, AL 35805. Currently the last one is the only one remaining as a grocery store. Now it is Holiday Foods, a sad, run-down and dirty place.
