Apparently the Albertsons there (a former Lucky) either has or will close sometime in the year.

This isn't a gem.
Albertsons closed last summer.
Recent plans called for Wild Oats to locate in this center. If so, this would mark a re-entry into Northern California for Wild Oats. Now that Whole Foods is buying Oats, those plans may or may not still be possible.
