This is a list of all chain grocery locations my research has uncovered in Niagara Falls between 1925 and 2014, compiled from city directories, telephone books, and other sources. There may be some omissions due to incomplete or missing data, etc. and I welcome suggestions and corrections. Please read about my methodology for more information about what I do and do not include.

Notes:

• Like many cities in Southern Ontario, Niagara Falls had a Vernon city directory, which means that there is no classified business directory between 1970 and 1990, so there may be missing chains during these years.
• Niagara Falls renumbered its streets sometime in the late 1960s. In almost all cases, the new number simply added 4000 to the existing one, expect for Portage Road, which is much more of a challenge.
• Ranges highlighted in green are those that I hope to research more upon my next visit to the area.
