Remember when the grocery chains had their own private label beers? Most had a taste that made Old Milwaukee taste like champagne in comparison! :twisted:

The Fry brothers opened their first store in Phoenix around 1960. I guess they came as snowbirds, noticed that Phoenix had less competition than the CA market and expanded here.
