Not really disguised... but it is a Former Safeway turned Grocery Outlet!

Here's a screen grab from the commercial showing the widest shot of the store... if this store was a Safeway at the time of shooting, it had extensive work done to completely de-brand the space... there aren't even any aisle hangers!
