The Cheyenne, WY Boston Market was also across the street from it's Kenny Rogers Roasters competitor. Roasters became a successful local Mexican restuarant, and Boston Market is now a Wendy's.There is at least one former Kenny Rogers Roasters around here in Federal Way WA (ironically enough, also directly across the street from a former Boston Market) that turned into a Japanese steak house. The Boston Market there got split into an indie coffee shop and a Qdoba Mexican Grill.
Locally one of ours became a Taco Bell, another a Krispy Kreme (which, amazingly, is still open), and one became an eye glass shop.
TV Hwy in Beaverton, Oregon became a Carl's Jr, who actually managed the Boston Market brand briefly out of bankruptcy before McDonald's bought the brand for its real estate value, but ended up running the chain until they sold it off to the management group.
