Winston-Salem, Greensboro, and High Point, anchor the Piedmont Triad region of North Carolina. I grew up in Greensboro, and now live in Winston-Salem, after also doing time in San Francisco and Charlotte. Winston-Salem is known for tobacco manufacturing (R.J. Reynonds), textiles (Hanes), and also for education (Wake Forest University and the UNCH School of the Arts).
I am trying to remember the grocery store on Reynolda Rd. across the street from the Children’s Home.The building is still there and it has been various things through the years
